Click “Create an account” if you are not an existing CANImmunize user. If you already have an account, skip to Step 3.
Create your account by filling in your name, email, and password. Then click "Sign Up"
Check your inbox for an email. Click “Verify”, to be redirected to your new CANImmunize account. If you are not redirected, go back to the main screen and login with your email and password.

Click “New Record” to begin uploading your vaccination receipts. Once you enter your personal information, you can start adding your vaccination records. Click “Add” at the bottom right corner of your screen and then “Search for a vaccine”.
Search for your vaccine i.e. Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca etc. Using your vaccination record for reference, input the relevant dose information i.e. Date Received, Lot Number etc. proof of vaccination.
Click “Documents” in the Proof of Vaccination section to upload proof of your proof of vaccination.
